This is a starter outline. Before launch it must be reviewed and finalised with the correct legal entity, governing law, and marketplace/seller terms.

The marketplace

Tayib is a marketplace connecting shoppers with independent, vetted brands. Brands list and ship their own products; Tayib facilitates discovery, vetting, and payment.

Orders & payment

When you place an order, you enter into a purchase with the brand. Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes where stated. Payment is processed securely by Mollie. We do not offer interest-bearing or pay-later options.

Accounts

You sign in with a single-use email link. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure.

Acceptable use

Use Tayib lawfully and respectfully. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability
