Brands on Tayib ship their orders directly to you. Delivery times and costs depend on the brand and your destination within Europe; you'll see the details at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Returns & right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Some items (e.g. opened cosmetics or perishable goods) may be exempt for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
